As an entrepreneur and technology expert with a passion for art and design, Dave Raines has established Osbee as a leader in the residential and commercial integration field.

Established as a computer networking business in 2000 while Dave was attending the School of Visual Arts, the Company then expanded into the home automation sector in 2003.

Since then, Dave has played many roles in the growth of the Company, focusing not only on its expansion and vision, but also on its service to clients and collaboration with architects, interior designers, and building professionals.

Barry joined Osbee in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. As a hands-on operations professional, he possesses extensive leadership skills and personifies the company's commitment to service excellence. He understands and demonstrates true collaboration in every interaction he has with our staff, clients, and colleagues alike.

Barry previously served as VP of Operations at Dale and Thomas Popcorn/Popcorn Indiana, where he oversaw all operations at the nation’s largest “Ready-to-Eat” popcorn company. Before that he was Director of eServices for Bed Bath & Beyond.

Barry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Boston University.

Brian originally joined his brother Dave at the company in 2007 as Operations Manager before becoming CFO in 2008.

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Vermont. He currently specializes in tax accounting and business advisory services at Raines & Fischer, LLP, a public  accounting firm in New York City, also a family business.
